Robin Houde, Program Manager
Robin brings us a diverse background of education, small business experience, management and marketing. A local to our community, Robin is well connected and brings that network to our WCWB. She handles our marketing outreach, manages the social media, program oversight of Let’s Talk Business, and offers social media, branding & design coaching. As an Evergreen State College student she focused the first half of her degree heavily on psychology and the health sciences while transitioning her second half towards business and community outreach. She is also a certified Pilates instructor with an emphasis on injuries and pathologies and has taught group and private sessions for six years. Her passion for building meaningful relationships and serving the public has led her to her current studies and role at the WCWB.

Kaylee Purcell, Small Business Resource Manager
Over the past ten years, Purcell has worked with dozens of teams and businesses helping them achieve results in areas they’ve historically struggled in. She’s found that weaving the community and businesses together at a local level is essential to thriving in smaller economies. Purcell has held many leadership roles in the community working with the SBDC, EDC, and CB&I as resources and utilizing PTAC as well as additional training programs. She now looks forward to helping grow and promote the services they provide companies and communities.

Yesi Lee, Hotline Administrative Specialist
Beth Brown, Accounting Coach
Beth Brown, a local CPA in the Lacey area, has been working closely with nonprofit organizations for the last six years and has an intense passion to help those in need. After graduating from the University of Utah with her Bachelor’s and Master’s in accounting she spent four years as a financial statement auditor and tax preparer for nonprofits, government organizations, and for-profit entities. She now owns and operates her own small business and enjoys providing general business consultation, outsourced accounting solutions, tax preparation, and attestation services to a diverse group of clients. Beth, an artist at heart, enjoys spending her free time creating acrylic paintings, mountain biking with her husband, and working in her garden. She looks forward to helping other small business owners, especially women, and is excited to see them all reach their potential.
