Sean Moore, PhD – Program Director

Before joining the WCWB as a Business Coach, and now Program Director, Sean spent seven years teaching a wide variety of management and marketing courses at the collegiate level.  Additionally, Sean has nine years of retail management experience and has spent a total of eighteen years working in the retail sector with specialized experience in the action sports and outdoor industries.  Five years of his experience was working in a world class customer service environment.  In his various retail positions Sean gained proficiency in social media marketing, integrated marketing, visual merchandising and inventory control. In 2012 he completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Change and Development at Southern Cross University.  He conducted research in relation to environmentally responsible organizations, knowledge management and environmental performance.

Kaylee Purcell, Small Business Resource Manager

Over the past ten years, Purcell has worked with dozens of teams and businesses helping them achieve results in areas they’ve historically struggled in. She’s found that weaving the community and businesses together at a local level is essential to thriving in smaller economies. Purcell has held many leadership roles in the community working with the SBDC, EDC, and CB&I as resources and utilizing PTAC as well as additional training programs. She now looks forward to helping grow and promote the services they provide companies and communities.

Robin Houde, Creative Strategist

Robin brings us a diverse background of education, small business experience, management and marketing. A local to our community, Robin is well connected and brings that network to our WCWB. She handles our marketing outreach, manages the social media, program oversight of Let’s Talk Business, and offers social media, branding & design coaching.  As an Evergreen State College student she focused the first half of her degree heavily on psychology and the health sciences while transitioning her second half towards business and community outreach. She is also a certified Pilates instructor with an emphasis on injuries and pathologies and has taught group and private sessions for six years. Her passion for building meaningful relationships and serving the public has led her to her current studies and role at the WCWB.

Yesi Lee, Hotline Administrative Specialist

For the past seven years, Yesi has been devoted to client-facing positions that allowed her to interact with people from all walks of life. With a passion for helping others, her main focus is customer service that maximizes on efficiency and empathy to provide each client with a positive experience. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest Yesi has a love for the outdoors, reading, and the wonderful community she’s surrounded by. She believes that diversity and inclusion are key and looks forward to connecting businesses with the tools they need for success.
