Donna Mack is the Rapid Response Manager with the WA State Employment Security Dept. Her career in Workforce Development spans 25+ years and includes working with injured workers in their return to work efforts, assisting TANF recipients in gaining work experience, teaching in the Community College system, and working with military members and spouses in successfully transitioning to civilian employment.

Donna holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, and is passionate about supporting the collaboration and partnerships that result in the provision of excellent services for impacted businesses and laid off workers.
